- Supplied site with temporary power via underground conduits—ran from the pillar at the front of the property
- Trenching and underground works prior to slab pours for mains cables into the switch room
- Installation of cable tray in the bottom level of the carpark
- Installation of general power and lighting in the carpark
- Installation of pair coil from each apartment to lower-level car park
- Installation of outdoor units along service wall of carpark and appropriate drainage of outdoor units to drain points

- Penetrated firewalls and re-fire rate using fire collars and fire boxes used for all powerpoint and light switches installed on firewalls
